My first Ford product My husband encouraged me to look at the Ford Explorer, as I was looking for a mid-sized SUV, I had my mind set on either the Buick Enclave or the Cadi My husband encouraged me to look at the Ford Explorer, as I was looking for a mid-sized SUV, I had my mind set on either the Buick Enclave or the Cadillac XT5, but after comparing the features to the Explorer Platinum, it was a no brainer. The technology in the Explorer, along with more power and as explained by Charlie, more than double the towing capacity, I was convinced this was the SUV for me. Thanks Charlie for putting up with all of my questions! It looks great in the garage parked next to my husbands F150 King Ranch! More

I have I had the pleasure of purchasing a Ford F-150 Saturday September 23, 2017 from Lebanon Ford. The sales associate I dealt with was Russ Merton. I have purchased around 15-20 cars in my lifetime including several luxury autos (Mercedes, Lexus, BMW) all of which had great customer service, but the service I received from Russ was the best customer service I have ever received from a sales associate at a dealership. Not only did Russ know the products, options, and incentives backwards and forwards, I truly felt that he worked above and beyond to get me the best pricing possible...and I know he did!! In all honesty, I was really not planning on buying a truck, but with Russ' help, I got a deal I could NOT walk away from. I hope Lebanon Ford knows what a valuable associate they have in Russ and because of him, they have gained a customer for life!! I could not be happier with the truck I purchased or the service I received.
