When we were looking to get a new truck for our company, I can't say I was overly joyed with spending my time doing the limbo between sales person and sales manager. When we walked in to Lebanon Ford, we were greeted by Tim Flanagan. No cheesy smile or gimmick phrase, just a straight forward guy. He allowed us to test drive the exact vehicle we were looking for without him so we couldn't fairly analyse if it was right for us. When it came to negotiating on the deal, they didn't high ball me with some ridiculous offer that would take me hours too get down to something fair, they came forward with a very fair offer. After the initial offer, we added a few accessories and drove home that day with the truck. They had a particularly busy day so we had to wait a little longer than usual for the finance office but if we weren't in a hurry it wouldn't have been a huge deal. Overall, very happy with the customer service and I look forward to working with Tim again down the road. If you are looking for a purchasing experience without the high pressure sales and beating down tactics I more than recommend Tim. More
