Perfect Purchase Kathy was excellent! She let us take the car home for a night to see how it drove, handled, etc. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and personal. T Kathy was excellent! Good friendly Sales Department I rated the Lebanon sales person Rashad Howell a 5+ for his profession knowledge of the Ford products. My sale was a no rush or push to purchase agree I rated the Lebanon sales person Rashad Howell a 5+ for his profession knowledge of the Ford products. My sale was a no rush or push to purchase agreement. Rashad was very courteous, respectful and patient in dealing with me on my selection and requirement for the vehicle. We plan to purchase a newer vehicle to replace our 2016 ford with-in the next three years, I plan on looking Rashad up when we do purchase a new vehicle. Excellent young man and I wish him many more sales in the future. More

We didn't build the car. Really? After only ONE week with my new Ford vehicle and the transmission started slipping and the orange "check engine" light came on and stays on. Opened t After only ONE week with my new Ford vehicle and the transmission started slipping and the orange "check engine" light came on and stays on. Opened the trunk for the first time when washing car and there is a half inch spot where the paint is GONE, not a scratch. I should have opened the trunk before buying it but a trunk is a trunk. Did the dealership know about this and just forget to mention it? I don't know. Now I have to go to the hassle of scheduling a body shop appointment and get it fixed then will have to forward the receipt to Lebanon Ford for reimbursement. Body shops usually close at 5pm and are not open on weekends so I will have to take time off from work to get it fixed. The appraiser also low-balled my trade in. I had gotten a written appraisal at a local dealership and Lebanon's appraisal was $2,000 LESS. Prepared to get low-balled when trading in a vehicle if you make the mistake of going to this dealership. I talked to the salesman who sold me the car, Tom Nickell, expressing my frustration of having these issues with a brand new car. He said he was sorry I was having problems and added "we didn't build the car". Really??? This is what you say to a customer who spent over $40K on a new vehicle at your dealership??? How empathetic. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH TOM NICKELL AND LEBANON FORD. More
