Fast and Easy I went here for a lease deal on a truck. Wound up being a great experience - no high pressure, no tricks, no smoke and mirrors. Everything was straight up and I got the deal and truck I wanted with a minimal amount of time spent and no painful haggling back and forth for hours like some places. Follow up call to add a bed liner that I'd ordered occurred on time and without my prompting or having to follow up from my end.. Service to install it was scheduled, and it was done very well and very quick, even considering I'd forgotten to remove all the snow and ice from the bed before taking it back for the bed liner install. I plan on going back at the end of the lease for another vehicle, and have recommended this dealership to friends and family. More

Exceptional Experience at Lebanon Ford I came into Lebanon Ford to look at a 2018 F-150 Platinum Edition. I had done my research and I knew what I was looking for, but I still had some ques I came into Lebanon Ford to look at a 2018 F-150 Platinum Edition. I had done my research and I knew what I was looking for, but I still had some questions that I wanted to ask before making any decision. I saw that the dealer had just received the exact truck that I wanted; color, trim, options all of it. I visited Lebanon Ford’s website and filled out one of those online “I have a question and would like more information” forms thinking that I would hear something back in a few hours or even the next day. I received an e-mail reply and a call from Bryan Pence within 5 minutes of submitting the question form. Later that day after Bryan had confirmed that the truck was on the lot I stopped by to take a look. After a quick test drive I sat down with Bryan to talk about the truck and possible leasing options. Bryan answered all my questions and provided a very relaxed atmosphere with zero pressure to make a decision. That night I made my decision and the next day I took home my brand new truck. Bryan and the awesome folks at Lebanon Ford provided the best experience I have ever had at buying a vehicle. While we were waiting for the Finance folks, one of their technology experts walked me through all of the awesome tech on the truck and even got me setup with FordPass on my phone which is a great tool to have. Just this past week I had the truck in to have some accessories installed (Bed liner, etc.) Josh Hipp and the service guys did a great job. Surprisingly, one of the accessories I wanted was a Ford accessory and Josh recommended that I get the after market brand part rather than the Ford part. I think this was the first time that a dealer did not try to push the manufacturer accessories and it really did make me feel that this dealer wanted ME to love your my vehicle even if that means that they are not getting as much revenue from manufacturer parts. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy/lease a new Ford vehicle to check out Lebanon Ford, great people, outstanding service, and a relaxed no pressure atmosphere. Thanks for everything guys I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!! More
