Great experience! I do not think anybody enjoys purchasing a vehicle... at least I don’t. Everybody at Lebanon Ford was great! Milton showed us bunch of different vehicles they had on the lot and sent us links to other vehicles that fit the criteria we wanted. I never felt pressured and he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. This was the third vehicle I have purchased in the past two years, and this by far was the best experience. bunch of crooks Went to Lebanon Ford to buy a new car and saw on their website they had 2018 models still on the lot when the 2019's were arriving. Talked to a salem Went to Lebanon Ford to buy a new car and saw on their website they had 2018 models still on the lot when the 2019's were arriving. Talked to a saleman their and he said they were all sold. He wanted to get me into a 2019 which was much more expensive telling me not to be a cheapskate and trying to convince me paying more is a better deal. I went straight to Interstate Ford and bought from them. Had a wonderful experience. About a week later just out of curiosity went back to Lebanon Ford's website and confirmed that they still indeed had 2018 models on their lot. They obviously had them hidden in the back and lied to me trying to get me into a more expensive model. They are a bunch of crooks will never go back. More

From Jason Hipp in services to Daniel Baer in finance. There are many more employees that we have encountered over the years that deserve a special shout out as well. The buying process has always been hassle free with no pressure whatsoever. The only thing I wish we could change is the length of time it takes to complete the transaction from start to finish, other than that, I have no complaints with this dealership. More

2 vehicles purchased I've purchased 2 vehicles from this location. I had talked to Tim Flanagan about coming in for the first vehicle. When I stopped in he happened to be I've purchased 2 vehicles from this location. I had talked to Tim Flanagan about coming in for the first vehicle. When I stopped in he happened to be on vacation that week but Brant helped me out that time.I recently went back to them and Tim helped me with the purchase of my new f150. Both sales representatives were great and very helpful, I will definitely recommend them in the future and will be returning. The reason I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 is because of the service department. I'm disappointed with them because my first purchase was a used taurus and the door is slightly misaligned, no big deal they said they would fix it when they did the free oil change. Well I talked to them in the middle of the week and explained I wanted the free oil change but also to have the door aligned properly. They said that was fine and just to bring it up Saturday at Noon, no appointment needed. I arrive there on time and remind them of our conversation earlier that week, then I'm told I have to have an appointment for the door and a 3-4 hour wait for the oil change. I tried to schedule an appointment in the first place that is why I'm disappointed with the service department. I haven't been back to the service department so I can't say if that is a one off exception that happened or if it is a regular occurrence. More
