Needed to buy a car unexpectedly I had issues with my vehicle that were not cost effective to fix due to the age of the car and the mileage on it so I was in a bit of a hurry to find I had issues with my vehicle that were not cost effective to fix due to the age of the car and the mileage on it so I was in a bit of a hurry to find something new. I worked with Matt McLaughlin to find just the right vehicle, one that fit my budget, my needs and even my personality and "wants" and was offered a fair price on my trade-in. I appreciate Matt's "no pressure" method of selling and patience. We were there until almost 9:00 PM to get all of the paperwork done, etc. and the entire staff never once made us feel like we were a bother. Thanks Lebanon Ford for helping me with my second purchase from this dealership. I would highly recommend Matt and Lebanon Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Best Ford dealer I've ever dealt with. We had purchased three Fords at Lebanon Ford in the past and our sales person for all three was Freeda Floyd. So when we decided to trade for a new F- We had purchased three Fords at Lebanon Ford in the past and our sales person for all three was Freeda Floyd. So when we decided to trade for a new F-150 Freeda was the person we called. Turns out she was on vacation in Florida but the next day she called us back to see what we needed. That's dedication. The time spent with her was very smooth and the staff had our paperwork done and the vehicle ready to go in short order the same day.
