When my husband and I first went into the dealership, we had no intention of buying a new car that day. We simply pulled onto the lot to look at the new 2011 Ford Escapes just to get an idea of the pricing had no intention of buying a new car that day. Upon exiting our care, the salesman that we have dealt with on 2 other occasions met us at the first Escape that we walked up to. Dick Watson is an absolutely wonderful man and an excellent salesman. He went with us to test drive the Escape and then allowed us to take it for a test drive alone and spend as much time as we needed to make our decision. When we returned to the dealership Dick met us at the door and said let's run the numbers and see what we have. Long story short, Dick and Zach gave us an excellent deal, obviously one we couldn't refuse, and we came home with my new 2011 Escape! They are a great team and everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to make you feel special. I will always do business with Lebanon Ford. More

My wife and test drove the Ford Freestyle and we both like the smooth ride with exception of the brakes. Kody promised to replace the brakes and Bill Nichol said that he would give us $1500.00 for my use like the smooth ride with exception of the brakes.
