Dick Watson is the BEST, and friendliest, salesman in the industry. I have purchased 6 cars from him since 1995. I hope every salesman is modeled after him. Maybe he should be training salesman. Some dealerships have salesman that seem more like vultures and ONLY care about making a sale instead of making the experience a pleasant one. That's why Dick stands out among the rest. He works hard to make you happy, and he and the dealership both reap the benefits. I will continue to buy my Ford vehicles from Lebanon Ford for as long as I get the same friendliness and dedication. Tom Aldridge was also very exceptional at helping locate the exact car I was looking for. He kept me posted on the situation like a true manager. Zach Funkhouser was also very friendly and helped the transaction go quickly and smoothly. Hats off to Lebanon Ford! I love the car too! More

My entire experience with Lebanon Ford was no less than phenomenal. I ordered a car through the dealership and they were overtly amazing to allow A-Plan pricing, which allowed me to get a lot of fun gadgets in my car. Kevin kept me up to date with the latest news he had about my car. The second it pulled onto the lot, I received a voicemail from Kevin saying he was watching it pull in that very instant. The car was beautiful - simply more than I could have asked for. The cleanliness of the car that the staff at Lebanon Ford put forth was flawless. It truly took my breath away to walk in and see my car sitting on Lebanon Ford's showroom. Ford's products have simply skyrocketed in the past few years. The innovative technology that is offered is next-generation and the ability for Lebanon Ford to allow A-Plan pricing simply allows for more of us consumers to have it. I just bought a new 2011 Ford Explorer at Lebanon Ford and the service staff worked with me to find the right car at the best price. I did a lot of shopping around and no one could beat their price on my and the service staff worked with me to find the right car at the best price. I did a lot of shopping around and no one could beat their price on my trade either. I didn't feel pressure from them to buy like I have at other dealerships. My overall experience I would rate as excellent and would recommend them to friends and family looking for a new or use Ford. More
