Gene has always been very friendly and he explains everything to you-why this had to be done,etc. On this occasion he had discussed two other possible problems and I authorized him to do them. Since I purchased my Focus from Lebanon Ford, I take the car there for periodic service. They provide prompt,quality service, without a lot of B.S. The issue is more about price. They increased the price of the oil change by $5.00 in the last month, AND charge an additional $1.50 for "shop supplies", which were described to be to be "cleaning rags". Sorry...but $40.00 for an oil change while being nickel and dimed for "cleaning supplies" won't work. More
