I happened into Lebanon Ford one evening just as John was walking out the door. His day was done, but he took the time to answer a few question and to make an appointment with me for the following day. I so walking out the door. I soon discovered we were neighbors and as we sat chatting, I saw all the coolant running out of my old car! What a mess I made!! John, my "hero neighbor" offered to drive me and my puppy (who was waiting for me in the car)right to my home. We discovered we were both "dog people" and that we had met previously when John & his wife were walking their dogs in the neighborhood. I considered myself blessed to have met John, not only for his willingness to assist when my car broke down, but to have met such great neighbors! More

Brought my 2010 Ford F-150 Supercrew in for its 22,500 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). The work was performed effeciently and effectively. The service folks recommended I replace the air mile service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). The work was performed effeciently and effectively. The service folks recommended I replace the air filter which was done. The cost was in line with what I expected. My only issue was the following week, after the temperature dropped my low tire pressure light came on and I needed to add about 10 lbs of air to each of the four tires. I'd have thought if the pressure was that close when the rotation was done they'd have checked this and added air. Can't say the service guys didn't check and they had know way of knowing the temps would drop into the 10's and 20's after being in the 50's and 60's so this propably isn't a service issue but thank goodness for the low tire pressure sensor! It obviously works and I was able to correct the problem right away. More

I was the third member of my family to purchase a vehicle from Lebanon Ford this year. I was told that the selection was large and that the employees went out of their way to accommodate them. After a follow-up call from Kevin McClellan concerning my recent Ford Escape purchase, I inquired about some additional services for my vehicle. Dave, who was very courteous and prompt, not only took me home to Hamilton, Ohio, 24.6 miles from the dealership but returned the next day to take me back to get my vechile. The process of paying and getting paper work was very easy. Before I left the service department, I asked where some items were on my Escape and several employees showed me where things were located. Thanks again gentlemen for taking time with me and explaining what service had been done and where certain items were to be found on my Escape.
