I've brought my 2003 Taurus to Lebanon ford several times to have repairs made. I've had excellent experience with the service department. The staff is friendly and always treat me well. My experience with Lebanon Ford has always been very pleasant. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the service dept. Was met by a very friendly, smiling man ,who directed me to a service writer. Very pleasant gentleman, told what he was going to check on my tire. I would absolutly recommened this dealership.Having reared 2 children and purchased MANY cars, I have NEVER been treated with the this kind of respect. At previous purchases I almost felt like "Ok we made a deal See YA". Not so with Lebanon Ford. Let me explain how wonderful they are. I live over and hour from the business, I called and was lucky enough to talk to Kevin McClelland. I described to him what I was looking for,ie color,features, and such. He not only found the car, he called to tell me about it and I gave a deposit over the phone to purchase the car sight unseen! I have to admit i was a little worried but knew I didn't have to take it if I did not like it. As I pulled into the parking lot I saw a beautiful Ford Explorer sitting by the door and thought to myself,"Wow that is nice, sure hope mine is too". Little did I know it was the car that Kevin and staff found for me. I cannot relay how happy I am that i chose Lebanon Ford. You wont be sorry, even if you drive over and hour to get there. More
I originally bought my car with the wonderful, patient assistance and very helpful information provided by salesman Kevin McClellan. In the past year I have received assistance with some of my technical assistance and very helpful information provided by salesman Kevin McClellan. In the past year I have received assistance with some of my technical questions/concerns from Alex Cryder, their tech specialist, on several occasions. Alex is truly one of the MOST considerate and polite men I have ever met, and always makes me feel as if I am his most important customer. He explains everything in as much detail as necessary, whether in person or by phone. Jason Hipp, in the service department, is also so helpful and congenial, giving all his attention to the customers. Even though I drive about a half hour to get to this dealership, I never have any regrets, and it is well worth the distance for this outstanding service! I definitely would recommend this dealership, and especially Kevin, Alex, and Jason to any and all interested buyers! More
As usual friendliness of personnel was great. Very helpful and concerned. Work performed was excellent. Only issue I have is that not all work was done. Appearantly in the confusion of writing up the service order, many interruptions, a portion of service request was not transferred to paper. Not a major deal at it did not impact vehicle drivability. Overall dealership is great to deal with. More
Bar none the best experience I had in purchasing a car. My wife Sandy and I went Saturday to look at a Fusion; Paul Healey had it up front and waiting for us. After that drive we test drove an Edge. Paul went over each vehicle to show us all the different options each vehicle had. Not once were we ever pressured into buying any of these vehicles. We went with the Edge. The whole experience of this no pressure buying, knowledge of each vehicle and all the options in each vehicle made us very comfortable in this purchase. Lebanon Ford is very lucky to have Paul Healey working for them. Thank you Paul and Lebanon Ford. More
Gene was very nice, welcomed me and answered all of my questions. This was only the second time I visited your dealership for service. The other guy, Tom Komisar, needs to be friendly, he was so engross questions. This was only the second time I visited your dealership for service. The other guy, Tom Komisar, needs to be friendly, he was so engrossed in his computer, he didn't say a thing nor look up at all... gave a cold feeling to this customer and it happened last time I was in too. I would like you to improve the waiting area, it's a little cramped. As for price, I thought I was going to be able to use the coupon I had printed off of your websit... it said nothing about a rebate and having to go to a website to get my $10 off... I would rather have the $10 off immediately... that's the way most coupons work! Now, I have to wait for a rebate card to be mailed to me?!?!? I don't care for this at all because what I printed off your website is a coupon and does not mention a word about going to a website nor the words rebate!!! BIG DISLIKE!!! Quality of work... that's difficult for me to judge since I can't watch the guys work on my car. More
