He's so helpful and tries to make things go as smoothly as possible. Alex did a great job of going over all the eltronic gadgets my car has. He is thorough and even offered to come to our house if we needed help with any operating problems. The whole ordeal of purchasing a car is such a nice experience at Lebanon Ford.
