My experience one Saturday morning. I was at Quick Lane and decided while waiting on oil change and tire rotation package to be complete, to go next door to Lebanon Ford just to take a l I was at Quick Lane and decided while waiting on oil change and tire rotation package to be complete, to go next door to Lebanon Ford just to take a look. I was met by Brian Hoying and told him my price range and what basically I was looking for. He leveled with me and told me if I was in the 5K range for a second car I would get a car but maybe not what I was willing to drive around. We parted that day and Brian said take a look online and see what you like. I did and next day I drove out with a 2009 Chevy Malibu. Exactly what I was looking for. Good gas mileage and a real clean car inside and out. I told Brian I was concerned about the front brakes, and he said he would get the OK to do new brakes and rotors all around the car plus filled my tank before I left. It was a pleasure to go to Lebanon Ford to get free, good coffee, they fed me breakfast too. What more can you ask for. Bryan, one to ten you get a ten plus. Thanks for everything. More

I can't say how great they all were and worked to get me out on time, which they did. I will be bring my wife there soon to look at a Fusion (to get her out of her Camry as we are no longer toyota customers and would not even take a free Toyota after our experience at Kings Auto Mall). I highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford fo see these people at Lebanon Ford. More

Great visit!! I went to Ford with my heart set on a new fusion, but was unsure if I could afford it. It was my first time buying a new car and Kevin made me feel like I wasn't crazy for wanting something so expensive (to me). He reassured me that I could get what I wanted and not spend too much, and that's exactly what I got. I was new to the whole car buying experience and everyone at Ford was great about making sure I understood everything and answering all my questions. His son Niko was also great on the finance end of things and very nice about helping me handle my insurance questions. Overall great experience! More
