They have always been honest, fairly priced and stand behind their products. Lebanon Ford is lucky to now have them as part of the team; a good fit as they seem to have the same philosophy. I've always preferred to purchase used cars, and have been "just looking" for a good commuter car. Tom has been very patient, calling occasionally with something to run by me. I wasn't considering a new car, but he presented an offer on a new, fully loaded, 2015 C-MAX that I simply couldn't pass up. The transaction was quick to complete paperwork and take delivery. I never felt pressured or that I was being taken for a ride (pun intended). Even the financial transaction with Travis was a positive experience. Lebanon Ford has a great team that made me feel good doing business with them. More

Great buying experience. I did my research on ford.com and knew exactly the type of fiesta I wanted. I knew the "must haves" and Freeda sat down and helped search the inventory to get the perfect match. Test drive was no hassle and she was very knowledgable on the vehicle and answered all my questions. Once we found the car and it was delivered to Lebanon, financing and pickup was again easy and convenient. Again no hassle on the optional packages available. I chose just to get the all weather floor pads and storage pad which was ordered in the morning and I picked them up later that day. I would definitely recommend Lebanon Ford. More

If you are looking for a well educated, kind, and helpful sales person, Tom Nickell is your guy. If only my entire experience was as pleasant. I purchased my car on March 30th. When exiting my car that evening, I was appalled to find my door handle broken. I called Tom right away. He expressed his apologizes and assured me they would get this issue taken care of right away. The following day when I took my car in, I was assured the fix would only take 1-4 days. Being a first time car buyer I was miffed that my new car was already in the shop, but took the rental and went on with my day. A few hours later, I received a call informing me all four handles had been recalled. This fix would take up to ten days. That evening I returned to Ford to exchange my current loaner for my third car from Ford in less than one week. While my brand new car that I had only drove less than 20 miles was in the Ford Service Department, I received two calls. The first was to schedule a time to apply the additional protection I had purchased. By the time they called me, this service had already been performed. The second call was from the manager of the service department. He wanted to congratulate me on my purchase as well as let me know that if I needed anything, I could contact the service department. He asked me how I was enjoying my new vehicle. At this point, my car had been in his shop for at least one week. He has NO IDEA, yet assured me once I informed him, that I was his top priority. It frightens me to think the level of service you receive from a company, when not once, but twice they are not knowledgeable of the inventory currently in their department. The inbound calls I received do not include the multiple calls I had to make to the service department for an update. I waited on hold multiple times only to be told they would call me back. They never did. This theme of false time frames and lack of follow up continued through out my experience with the service department. I was also told that other cars of the same model were out the door quickly once the parts were received. This confuses me on how I am a top priority. I received my car back on Monday evening, April 27th. As an accommodation, they agreed to purchase the new tags, as my tags expired two days prior to receiving my car back. So Monday night, my husband made sure to come in and sign appropriate paperwork. On Tuesday evening, I dropped off all the additional paperwork/information they requested. I was told that on Wednesday, the day my tags expired, that they would have them for me to pick up on my way home. When I arrived, they did not have them. To think they could actually follow through after all the previous let downs was a mistake. I drove to work the next day on expired tags, as that was the ONLY option presented to me at the time. They did agree to deliver my tags and registration once they had them. Thankfully, I did not receive a ticket. However, asking your customer to drive a car that you know has expired tags is their idea of customer service? A month after my purchase date I am finally driving my car. But, I still feel confused and frustrated. Why would Ford sell me a car that had not been checked for recalls? It was my understanding that checking this is part of your acclaimed great service. If I hadn’t done my own follow-up time and time again, would I have my car back? A car that I am making payments on. At this point, I do not feel like a valued Ford customer. Frankly you have ruined what is supposed to be a great experience. More
