Great dealership I went to Lebanon Ford to look at a Roush Mustang they had in their showroom Memorial Day weekend. As soon as we approached the door someone was there I went to Lebanon Ford to look at a Roush Mustang they had in their showroom Memorial Day weekend. As soon as we approached the door someone was there to open it! I have been to Lexus dealers and Audi dealers and this has never happened before, much less other Ford dealers! I was greeted and asked what I needed help with. When I told the salesman I wanted to look at the Roush, he said he would get their Roush sales manager Charlie Watson. He knew the product inside out and even offered to let me drive it. I didn't buy on the spot and in fact went back with my son to take a closer look and ask more questions! Charlie was patient and not the least bit pushy! 3 weeks later I did buy the car after careful thought. Charlie and everyone at Lebanon Ford provided the best buyIng experience I have ever had! I will never buy another Ford anywhere but Lebanon Ford! All dealerships should take a lesson for them! Thanks Charlie and everyone else at your dealership! More

Customer for Life! Let me start by sharing that I work in the financial services industry in a relationship oriented position. I operate under some pretty straight forward guiding principles with my clients: transparency, honesty, and showing them I genuinely value them and their business. Given this framework, I often find myself seeking out businesses that do the same. I am also a Blue Oval loyalist as my Grandmother is a Ford Sharonville retiree. Additionally, her retiree status allows me to use the straightforward Z-plan pricing which reinforces my belief of doing business with those who values your business, not who gives you the “best deal”. With that being said, I will share how I came to working with Lebanon Ford. There are two other Ford dealerships that are much closer to my home and place of business (within 3 miles). I have shopped them both and bought from one in the past. Given both of those experiences being kind of awful, I was prompted to seek out a dealership that would treat me with the respect I deserved during and well after the sale. I proactively asked around and heard nothing but great things about Lebanon Ford. With the positive feedback in mind, I decided to give it a shot with Lebanon Ford. I called in advance to make sure the car I wanted was still on the lot. During that initial phone call, I wasn’t pressured or hurried in anyway to come in and buy, buy, buy! Instead I was invited in to some see the one they had at my convenience and if the car sold prior to me coming in, they would procure one for me. I scheduled an appointment and they had the car all shined up and waiting for me out front. I had the pleasure of working with Russell Merten. He was very professional but laidback, charismatic and he was a Seattle Seahawks fan! He made time to get to know my husband, me and learn what we liked and needed. I also have a pretty big personality to match my high expectations. Russell didn’t miss a beat! At no point did I feel I was being misguided or lead down a path that didn’t have my best interest in mind. I was so impressed! Be ended up driving my new, 2013 Edge Sport home that night! About 18 months later I was getting “the itch” and reached out to my car guy, Russell. I shared with him that I was very uncertain about which Ford model would the best fit this time around. I was considering the Lincoln MK-C. It was refreshing to hear Russell assure me that if the Lincoln were best for me, he would refer me to a Lincoln Specialist who would give me the level of service I desire. Russell sent me regular communications about what had just “gotten off the truck” that would fit my needs and most importantly, my style. After a few months, Russell sent me the specs on a new 2015 Edge Sport. The color was a little off my typical color pallet, but I trusted Russell’s instinct. I packed up my husband and 3- year old and made the trek out to Lebanon Ford. It had been almost two years since we had seen each other last and it genuinely felt more like I was dropping by to see and old friend who just happened to be in car sales. I also worked with Jenny Southward to finalize all the finance paperwork. She was also extremely pleasant and very understanding when I had to take a moment to contact my husband (who was at work) to confirm some last minute details regarding the purchase. During this most recent transaction, Russell, my husband and I discussed our plans to purchase a new Mustang in the near future. Again knowing our style, Russell knew we wouldn't be happy with any Mustang so he introduced me to Charlie Watson who is their Roush Specialist. Charlie also took time to chat with me about the future purchase and shared details about his personal Mustang build (Charlie, your Mustang is awesome!). Charlie clearly has a passion for performance and we look forward to working with him when we are ready for our own Pony. Long and short, Russell and the Lebanon Ford team earned my business, again, and I drove off into the sunset in my new, 2015 “You Can’t Stop Her Copper” (or as Ford calls it, “Electric Spice”) Edge Sport. Lebanon Ford has far exceeded my high expectations and clearly Ford Motor Company’s too, as noted by Lebanon Ford receiving the well-deserved President's Award, back-to-back. It’s very clear how they have earned all their accolades. Lebanon Ford truly demonstrates the core values that are essential for not “getting the sale” but building relationships with their customers. Overtime, those customers will be life long clients (as I intend to me-as long as you’ll have me!). More
