Truck does not run after 8 months I bought a used truck from Lebanon Ford 8 months ago and now the truck does not run at all after putting 500 miles on it and taking it to the shop 3 t I bought a used truck from Lebanon Ford 8 months ago and now the truck does not run at all after putting 500 miles on it and taking it to the shop 3 times already. I have put over $1200 into it in the last 4 months alone. Each time it broke down it was a different problem. They only conduct a flashlight inspection on their used trucks. Do not buy from here because they will try to get you to spend more money when you ask them for help. The guys seem nice but they only offered to help me trade it in for a more expensive truck because i purchased it 8 months ago. Unfortunate because now I'm stuck with a $20k used piece of metal. More

Easy to buy a car! This was my first new car in 30 years and Jordon Collins walked me though each step from the test drives to the purchase. Great overall experience My wife and I went to Lebanon Ford based solely based on online reviews and presence. Greg Fiessinger was our salesman. We were looking for a 2016 For My wife and I went to Lebanon Ford based solely based on online reviews and presence. Greg Fiessinger was our salesman. We were looking for a 2016 Ford Explorer and but ended up looking into a 2015 instead. Negotiations ran late and it was closing time so Greg let us take the vehicle home for the night and sleep on it. Came back the next day, finalized negotiations and signed the papers. Everything from the test drive to the delivery was a smooth and painless process. Greg listened to our wants and needs and cut no corners to make sure we were satisfied. Jenny Southard made sure that the finance end was fast and easy. She wasn't pushy with extended warranties or the multitude of other things that the F&I department generally tries to push on you. The entire sales team there was very friendly and made us feel like family. This dealership has is figured out and they have a couple of customers that will buy the rest of their vehicles there without question. After the sale, I had a couple of things that needed taken care of with the Explorer and Josh Hipp and been excellent to work with as well. More
