Heated Seats are the Best! I bought am brand new 2016 Ford Escape about two weeks ago and I got the heated seats and all weather mats as an add on. Because who can live without the heated seats when your old car had them for three years. The customer service from Josh and John and Robert were outstanding. I had contacted my car salesman just for an update and with in minutes I got a call from Josh telling me what was going on. Even though it took two days for them in install the seats and also get a new key program. Amazing Experience!!! I had met Charlie Watson a few years ago on Facebook through a mustang group page. I was new to the Roush Mustang world and Charlie was an expert wit I had met Charlie Watson a few years ago on Facebook through a mustang group page. I was new to the Roush Mustang world and Charlie was an expert with all things related to the Roush brand. I would talk to him on and off, mostly asking about Roush products or what upgrades to do next. Charlie was always very prompt with answering my questions. Well as life usually changes, so did my priorities. I owned a 2015 Roush Mustang Stage 2 that I had purchased earlier this year. I had went to several different dealerships here in Virginia and could not find the right deal for me. I always see on Facebook, the pictures of Charlie selling cars. Under those pictures you will find comments, praising Charlie for taking care of his customers. I then decided to reach out to Charlie about needing help with getting a larger family vehicle. We discussed everything through either texting or by calling each other. Charlie worked diligently over a week to find me the right vehicle. He took a personal interest in finding me what suited my needs. I gave him the basic details of what I needed/wanted and he ran with it. He kept me updated daily on what was going on. Finally, he was able to find me a new 2015 Ford Expedition Limited. On top of finding me the car, Charlie arranged to have it delivered to my driveway in Virgina about 9 hours away, at no cost to me. I can't express enough how much of a pleasure it was dealing with Charlie. He is the epitome of what caring and being a professional is. I am proud to have Charlie as a new friend and look very much forward to dealing with him in the future.
