No up-sale when you go in to get your oil changed like some of the competitors that "find" someone major wrong with your vehicle every time you go in for service. When John tells you it is going to take a specific amount of time to fix something, set you watch because he delivers. He talks to you in terms you can understand without knowing all the mechanic terms. He always goes over what was done at the end of the service appointment until you are satisfied.
