Best customer friendly atmosphere I have ever experienced. My wife and I were at a Mustang car show in Blue Ash a few weeks ago. We have been talking about a truck for some time, but never acted on it. During My wife and I were at a Mustang car show in Blue Ash a few weeks ago. We have been talking about a truck for some time, but never acted on it. During the show, we saw a 2017 Ford F-150 Rousch sitting at a Ford tent with a Mustang and another car. The truck really caught our eye. We began talking to Frank about the details of the truck. Exactly what we had been looking for and we loved the color. We told Frank on the spot we wanted that truck and would visit him the next day. Frank was super nice and a gentlemen. I'm not a big fan of car salesmen typically. Both my wife and I noticed that even the team standing on the showroom who had nothing to do with us would walk to us to say hello, could they get anything for us, etc. It was truly an awesome experience. Frank made the details of purchasing the truck super easy. Lebanon Ford is out of our way, but I would definitely do it again!! More

First time car buyer I am in Columbus but I grew up closer to Lebanon, where my parents are now. I was looking for my first car when my parents found a new 2017 ford escap I am in Columbus but I grew up closer to Lebanon, where my parents are now. I was looking for my first car when my parents found a new 2017 ford escape with the option of either rebates or 0% interest. Aaron was able to hold that car for us until I was able to come down 2 hours to see it. Well I fell in love with it. It was the perfect car for a first time buyer. Aaron was great, worked with us, and helped us get everything in order. Before we left, he showed me all the technology in my car and synced up my phone! When we went to got do paper work and finally financial options, Greg laid it out very nicely and was easy to understand. They explained which option was the cheapest to go with (rebates or 0%). I wanted to have an extended warranty and really wanted the Smart shield coverage which is where they coat the car inside and out to prevent scratches and stains. However it would take a few days to do and I'm 2 hours away. But they wanted to work with me and said they would come up, give me a loaner car and drive mine down to have the process taken care of. Then drive it back up for me! The customer service was phenomenal. Both Aaron and Greg went out of their way for me and I love my new SUV. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
