I came in thinking I knew what I wanted, but after speaking with Kevin for 15 minutes, I realized I was looking for extras that weren't necessary. He didn't try to sell me on anything, but provided options. The vehicle we decided on was in another city and Kevin was able to quickly get my vehicle of choice delivered to the dealership. We had 2 trade in's that I believe we received fair trade in value for. One of them caused a few hiccups that the dealership worked with me on. From start to finish, it was only a 2 day process and it didn't involve any issues. I will gladly purchase any future Ford products from Kevin at Lebanon Ford. More

Just bought our second car from Lebanon Ford in a year! I met Frank in the fall of 2016 and after talking to him... a LOT (I'm sure I wore guy out), I placed my order for a 727 LFP Mustang. It's the blue with silver stripes one with the painted supercharger :D Frank and Josh Hipp helped me get everything together for the order and didn't complain (at least not in public :D) when I kept changing and adding parts! I ordered in Feb, had it in March. What I really appreciate at is that there was an issue with the car when it came in and Frank worked with me to make it right. Frank and Leb Ford did such a great job that we just bought a 2017 Explorer from them. We were going to have it customized some, like the Mustang but my wife was in an accident and that forced our hands and had to get something quick. And while it was not my wife's dream vehicle, it was as close as it could be for an amazing deal. While dealing with the accident and a banged up wife, I placed a call to Frank and told him the situation. He worked with Niko to get the best price for us they could. That, obviously, did not go unnoticed, so, thanks all of you. We are both happy and I don't really see another reason to buy anywhere else. I know I could have gotten the Explorer for a few bucks less, but trust me when I say it was worth it. I would also like to mention Greg Fiessinger. He is Finance guy we worked with. He kept his composure no matter how hard I ran him through the ringer... and I did. The only thing I can complain about is how long the process takes, but that is all dealers... due to the process. But even then there was a nice side... Frank BS'd with us the whole time making the process much more enjoyable. Unlike some other places where you just sit in the visitor area or at some cold vacant cubicle. On a side note, Leb Ford hosts events, and while I was only able to attend one so far, it was great and I got to meet other great people as well, some employees, others were customers like myself. More
