We went over the Carfax report on his computer and everything seemed fine. When I got home and read a printout of the report he had given me as I was leaving, I saw the car had been in an accident and sustained "structural damage." I soon learned that used cars are not returnable FOR ANY REASON. Calls to Maurice went to voicemail, which was full. Long story short: the car turned out to be okay despite the report. It was checked out by two different mechanics here (I live hours away) who said the damage had been minimal. Maybe Maurice knew this and knew I wouldn't have bought the car if I thought it had structural damage. Maybe he didn't and wanted the car off his lot. But the important thing is he INTENTIONALLY WITHHELD the full report from me and only showed me the good pages of the report. This sale and the car worked out for me but I was lucky. So if you buy there, please make sure you are given the FULL Carfax report, in print, and read it carefully. Buyer beware! And good luck! More

Avoid This Dealer I bought a 2013 Corvette from here in March with an agreement that $2,600 worth of repairs and maintenance would be completed prior to the car being p I bought a 2013 Corvette from here in March with an agreement that $2,600 worth of repairs and maintenance would be completed prior to the car being picked up. When I took the car back home I learned from my mechanic that none of the "under the hood" repairs and maintenance was completed - the only items done were those on the outside of the car that I could visually confirm with my eyes. In total $1,600 worth of agreed upon repairs and maintenance was not completed and I was not informed of this when I went to pick up the car. When I confronted them on the issue I was only offered a $600 check. I would not buy another car from this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone else. More

I decided it was time to treat myself to something new so I started my car search in February 2019. For weeks I'd searched on multiple sites, including CARMAX, CarGuru, Carvana, & Cars.com. I'm a bit indecisive, but I finally narrowed my car selection down and ultimately found the best deal on Cars.com, but it was actually LRC who had the car at their location/in their inventory. I called on a Monday to inquire about the car however, the car was not ready for sale/show as it was being serviced/inspected and was told that someone would get back to me by the end of the week when it is ready. I received a text message from Maurice on Thursday morning informing me that the car was ready and I can come in at any time to view/test drive the car. This was a great car, great price, low miles & in pristine condition---almost too good to be true--so I decided to take the 47mi/1.5 hr drive on Saturday afternoon to view this deal as I didn't want to pass it up. When I arrived, Maurice was assisting another customer (I didn't tell him I was coming, I just popped up) so his co-worker asked if he could assist and unlocked the door to the car so I could take a look inside. While at the car, Maurice came over when he was finished with his other customer--very friendly and engaging--we went inside talked about the car then he gave me the keys and said take your time... When I returned from the test drive, I was SOLD on the car's performance and the upgrades that came with it. I didn't have time that day as I had other obligations, so I reluctantly left a deposit (returned to me after purchase) to hold the car until my return the following week. I texted Maurice on Monday to let him know that I would be back on Tuesday morning with my Credit Union check and Maurice assured me he would be there with paperwork ready for me to go--no time to be wasted/waiting! Tuesday morning arrives, I make it back to LRC (via UBER from work) and Maurice had all paperwork ready when he arrived the car was being washed & tagged during this process. Documents signed, car is ready and Maurice even spent time answering questions about getting the car MD inspected, receipt of hard tags, operation of the car and he set up Bluetooth for phone, surround sound, Sat radio, NAV, among other things. It was a great experience for me from beginning to end, as this was my first time purchasing a car from an online search and a bit reluctant to do this type of purchase. BUT!!! I'm very satisfied that I did and I'm pleased to have had the pleasure of working with MAURICE SKINNER--His Customer Service was on point, he's down to earth and easy to talk to (talked about commuting and home buying locations also during my time there with him), he's knowledgeable of the business, very responsive to my texts/emails and he kept me informed. I have shared my experience with my co-worker, her husband is in the market to purchase another vehicle and they are currently watching LRC's inventory in hopes of making a purchase with them as well. I have told them to ask for MAURICE whenever they make their decision!!! Soooooo, I didn't keep it short like I stated.....BUT, I'm sure you get my point!!! FIVE STARS FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from the first phone call to the moment I hopped into my LUXURY CAR (which was not on my list of cars to purchase initially) that I park 11 blocks away from my destination because I don't want anybody to touch it/dent it/park next to it!!! JUST KIDDING (LOL)---But I'm very pleased with my purchase from LRC via MAURICE SKINNER!!! You have to check them out for yourself---Tell them Diane's review sent you!!! LOL More

I was on the market for a family size SUV which lead me to Lease Return Center. I had the opportunity to inspect vehicle at its delivery state, which i was advised by Mr. Skinner they don't usually allow but it happens to be the vehicle of interest. Mr. Skinner was kind and patient enough to have me inspect the vehicle with no added pressure but assurance that the vehicle was a best buy and that he will have it in an outstanding condition, which he delivered on. My car buying experience was very painless and smooth. Promises such as repairs with new tires, brakes and details were kept. Thanks to Mr. Skinner my wife thinks i am the greatest again lol. I will recommend Lease Return Center and Mr. Maurice Skinner as your sales rep. More

My family was in the market for a SUV with low-mileage and reasonably priced. Initially we went to Lease Return Center to test drive a Buick Enclave they had for sale and our salesman Maurice, who was a PLEASURE to work with also suggested that we test drive the GMC Acadia based off of the specs we told him we were looking for within a SUV and it was still in our price range. After test driving we decided to purchase the Acadia that Maurice suggested. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership and Maurice was VERY accommodating and patient with us. My husband and I asked a lot of questions and Maurice always responded politely, promptly and honestly. He made sure that our paper work was ready, he ensured that the minor scratches and imperfections was taken care of and assisted us with having our vehicle delivered to our home. We are very pleased with our purchase and the customer service received. In the future, when looking to purchase a new vehicle we will definitely come to Lease Return Center first.
