I viewed this dealership on the web in March 2020. They had the car I was interested in so, I took a ride from Baltimore a week before the pendemic shutdown. Within two days, I was back to purcahse the vichicle. The transaction was smooth, no hidden cost and it was delivered to my residence at no cost and clean as a whisle. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO IS VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!! NOW I HAVE TO PURCHASE TIRES FOR OVER $1000.00 BECAUSE I LIVE IN MARYLAND AND UNABLE TO DRIVE AN HOUR TO GET TO THE xxxxxxxx, MY LOST THEIR GAIN!!! I'VE CALLED A MILLION TIMES AND BECAUSE THEY'VE CALLER ID THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT ASAP, VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!! More

If you're tired of the bait and switch BS where the car is advertised at one price and then when you go to buy it they pile on $3000 worth of dealers fees then come here. Dishonest and unworthy I bought a used car and had it shipped across country. I was assured that the car had a clean title and a clean car fax. After a month or so, I noticed that the car began vibrating at speeds around 45 MPH. When I took it to my local dealer I was told that the car had 3 severely bent rims that would need to be replaced at a cost of $3000+ from a previous accident. When I tried to discuss options with a Sales Manager at Lease Return Center I was rudely dispatched and told that it was my responsibility to test drive the car. He grew more defensive and dismissive when I asked if he felt that he bore some responsibility to disclose this type of issue. He finally told me he "hoped my Grandmother would get Covid-19" and hung up on me. These are crooks and liars who care about nothing other than turning a buck. Never again. More

This car dealership has the most luxurious cars I have seen in awhile. Ryan was exceptional. He was very patient with me. I am in love with my new ride. I could have taken everything on the lot home. If you do not want to waste your time, do not call. I called to ask about Lexus about 6 times. Every time I called, I was very polite and thought that they would tell me everything about it. I called and no one answer,They did it was either an immediate put on hold and they get transferred many times, or they just wouldn’t answer They said- we are busy and I waited).And I waited 10-15 minutes all the time. I was a potential customer at their dealership. I spoke with the manager and he did not help me either. The crappiest place with the toughest people I've met. They sell bad cars. Always check them on CARFAX. They are big liars.. I paid and checked the car for CARFAX and was surprised when I found that she was in an accident, although it was said on her website that she was not. Not only that, when I spent half a day on the phone. I wanted to talk with the manager(I think It was Ryan) and you know that they told me he wasn’t (he left) But when I called again he picked up the phone. Horriable experience. More
