My husband and I purchased our second vehicle this past weekend, 12/12/20 from the Lease Return Center, and we were very impressed with the vehicle we purchased and with the service we received from the em weekend, 12/12/20 from the Lease Return Center, and we were very impressed with the vehicle we purchased and with the service we received from the employees at the LRC. The Salesman, Maurice Skinner knew the status of his inventory, he was organized , and very professional. We had initially visited the center the week prior to test drive the vehicle; however, it had not arrived at the time of our visit. Mr. Skinner informed us of the date the vehicle would be arriving and suggested that we provide a security deposit, if we were really interested in the vehicle. We provided the deposit, and returned home to wait for his call. On the day the vehicle arrived he called, gave us the status of the vehicle and assured us that the vehicle would be inspected, cleaned and ready for a test drive when we arrived at the LRC. Saturday morning when we arrived the vehicle was sparkling clean as promised and ready for the test drive. Immediately following the test drive we sat with Mr. Skinner to complete the paperwork. He had everything ready and within an hour we had completed the paperwork and we were on our way home. Again, we were truly happy with the vehicle and the service we received at the LRC. More

This is a no-frills sort of place, but I like that. They had exactly the car they listed on line and held it for me until I could get down there for a test drive. I didn't try and negotiate very much because their asking price was already quite low for the car I bought. They did knock a little off the price and put on new tires for me. The salesman I dealt with, Ryan, was great. Helful but not pushy. They detailed they car and delivered it to my door, as promised. No issues at all. They didn't offer much for the car I wanted to trade in, but Ryan was clear that he thought I could do better at Carvana, which I did (they gave me nearly double what he said they could). All in all a good place to go if you know what car you want. Not a place for browsing though. More

I told Maurice what I wanted(wasn't in a big hurry)but within 2 weeks, he calls me up and says he has something for me. My white Lexus Rx 400H and at a good price. 2nd time, almost the same situation. I wanted to upgrade my vehicle. They didn't have one in stocks at the time but within days he calls me up and once again, I'm a satisfied customer. My daughter needed a vehicle and he found something suitable her her first car as well. I felt like I had received personalized service from this man. Thanks Maurice. More
