Everything went pretty well, Was happy with everything and how they worked with me on the payment issues between our banks. Unfortunately my two star review is based on the car has lasted me 10K miles and and how they worked with me on the payment issues between our banks. What seemed like a great deal and good service turned out to be a wolf in sheepskin. When I asked about previous accidents on the vehicle I was told there was no report, and that there was minor cosmetic dam to be a wolf in sheepskin. I unfortunately was in a hurry to find a car as I was moving and my family car had just been totalled in an accident. Now, after getting into a minor accident, the mechanic took the front end apart and I'm told there is extensive damage to the car frame, which was repaired completely cheap and not to safety code. Bottom line, my 25000 dollar car is now worth nothing, and I won't even be able to get anything from my insurance because the damages were from before I owned it. So I'm out the value of the car in total, still owe over 6000, and need to replace the car. What ever you do steer clear. They will be nice because they want to sell you garbage. Demand a car report, bring any vehicle to a mechanic you trust before you give them anything. More

This experience has gone from bad to worse. I went to a local tire shop to get the back right tire checked as there was what appeared to be a small leak in the tire. The wire mesh under the rubber is showing on the inside of the tire. This is very concerning a dealership would sell a car with suspect tires. Especially, when I specifically asked Ryan on the phone if the tires were in good condition and he ensured me they were. I would never buy from this dealership. Way too risky and dangerous. Who knows what else I wasn't told/informed of. Unfortunately, this experience started out as a good one and slowly turned into a sour one. Some of the reasons, which I will get to, were of my own doing. First off, this was a long distance purchase, which is why I ultimately take blame. Ryan was rather easy to work with initially. He was not ver forthcoming with some of the issues my car has...again, not completely his fault because he does not have to disclose all problems with the car bit it would have been nice. The two main ones that I have found so far is the alignment of the front passenger door which then got me looking a little deeper into and the car was definitely in an accident. Now, I’m not saying it’s his job to disclose this but I do believe it’s the ethical thing to do. Second one, are the scratches on the front passenger seat. There are many. In closing, I would be cautious when buying cars from Lease Return Center especially from a distance because they are not forthcoming with all the issues that are obvious. More
