My experience was good at first but has turned bad. I bought my car from Ryan who showed me the CAR FAX Report with noted a minor front end accident. Ryan assured me that the vehicle had been repaired by BMW. When the check engine light came on the day after I got the car Ryan had it checked and said it was related to an air sensor and it needed to be fixed by BMW. BMW determined that the vehicle had not been fixed by them as I was lead to believe and when my BMW service advisor called to speak to LRC about this issue they were very rude, telling him I bought the vehicle as is and there was nothing they could do to help with the repair costs which are into the $1k's and hung up on the advisor. One of the reasons I purchased my car from them was low miles which meant a good portion of the original warranty remained and the pricing was below the dealerships. Unfortunately from reading other customer reviews, who have had comparative issues it seems that they only care about the bottom line and don't care if they get a repeat customer or a referral. I will not be referring anyone looking for a car to them. When I have bought a used car in the past the dealership I bought it from made the situation right even if they had to pay the costs for the repair or met the customer half way. Had they made some attempt or offered some type of help in resolving the situation I might have a more favorable review. More

I was told I will receive a link to submit an application. Texted back to the number that evening and said I never received the Application. I call the Sales Mgr 3/27 to inquire why I never received the application and next steps. He told me that I miss understood the directions?....and that I needed to fill the Application out first. I told him I never received the App. and he said yes you did....are you serious! I told him I never received the app and immediately texted me the app and said well you have it now. They must be doing really well to treat customers like this. Yeah wont be filling out the app. Text messages attached. More
Maurice Skinner & Asad Najafe, the owner, are liars and thieves. They knowingly and intentionally sent me a BMW which I paid top dollar for with a bad engine. Things took a 180 degree awful turn as soon a thieves. They knowingly and intentionally sent me a BMW which I paid top dollar for with a bad engine. Things took a 180 degree awful turn as soon as they received confirmation I sent them a cashiers' check and signed the purchase agreement. My interactions with Mr. Skinner was insane calling me names, etc., and refusing to ship a car they been paid for, refusing to return my money and he never, ever called back. I asked to speak to the owner and Maurice Skinner also lied and claimed he was the owner. I had to track down the real owner's name, Asad Najafe, by calling the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. I emailed Mr. Najafe who called me within 30 minutes apologizing for my treatment. He promised he would call me back within 90 minutes to confirm cancellation of the purchase of this car and I never heard from him again and he never responded to any emails or voice mails again after August 24th. Imagine my shock when the car showed up with no notification on Sunday evening, August 28th at 8PM. Even more shocking was when the driver started the vehicle, a big cloud of white smoke came out of the car and the car was running very roughly. The very first time I drove the vehicle, the Drivetrain Malfunction warning light came on and it needs a whole new engine at the cost of over $15,000. They've never once returned a phone call or complaint and Maurice Skinner's response to my complaint filed with the Attorney General, claims I called him a racial epithet, which is an utter and complete lie. For one thing, that word is not in my vocabulary. Secondly, even if I did, I've never met Mr. Skinner so I have no idea what his race is, but Maurice Skinner's lie is a matter of public record, slanderous, and could negatively affect my career in Ed Tech. Mr. Skinner's outrageous behavior, threats, intentional wire fraud and calling me "Karen" among other curse words in attacking me are one thing. To write a horrific lie about someone on a public record is slanderous, damaging a person's character, dangerous and the utter disregard for the truth shows a diabolical completely immoral character. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS. YOU WILL REGRET IT! More
