She pulled more information off of her computer so I could compare models and ultimately make a decision. She researched cars at other dealerships and prevented me from wasting time looking at a car with a bad Carfax report. And all that was just the tip of the iceberg. As this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership I naturally had a lot of questions. I must have called Ina roughly 5-7 times between test driving and finally closing on the car and she was there to provide me with the information I needed (she even took one of my calls before the store was open). During the closing process she went out of her way to even play with my 17 months old daughter while we waited for the financing to get figured out. All in all, what could have been a stressful and daunting process, was made fun and exciting thanks to her. More
