In my experience, Laurie Danberry is an excellent listener who does not force her own views on her customers but responds to what they want. We were met by a salesman after about 8 minutes after driving through the lot checking the inventory and had narrowed down to what type of vehicle we were interested in. Mark Yuhas met us with a happy welcoming smile, and positive -let me help you - attitude. He was a good listener. The true mark of a good salesman off the bat. We could tell him what we were looking for, our needs, (I am disabled), and what we didn't want. We were somewhat interested in a RAV4, but not sure. We needed something fuel efficient, reliable, large cargo, large passenger space, flexible interior, AWD because we live in the country, and dependable. Small, not too small. My husband is tall. Mark Yuhas considered all of our requests and came back with a RAV4 EXL 2013. Mark was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, sensitive to our concerns, questions, handicaps, and the high quality standards we wanted in such a vehicle. We had done our homework on-line, checked Consumer Reports vehicle comparisons, did our own owner satisfaction survey !, and even still had a Honda as #2 on our list to check out.... but we never made it to the Honda dealership! Mark Yuhas sold us on that Toyota RAV4 at Heintz that day we entered the lot and never made it to the Honda place ! Ha ! Yup. Mark Yuhas is a good salesman. He is not arrogant, pushy, or mouthy. Not with us, anyway. He was kind, had a sense of humor, knew he had a good product, and sold it well. Natalie in Finance was courteous and patient. She even let our insurance agent fax a new card to the dealership the day we picked up the car to take home, so we could have proof of coverage in the glove box when we left. The service dept. even applied the Perma Plate for us that same day !! ALL of the staff at Heintz Toyota were very gracious, kind and respectful. Couldn't have asked for better service, or a better experience ! More

She treats us like family and helps us make the best choices for us. When buying a Toyota she is great person to have on your side. Natalie Heintz is the person that takes care of the financing and paper work. She is very good at this and always makes us feel right at home. She is a pleasure to work with and makes the money part painless as possible. Paul Irmiter has been our service advisor for more than 10 years now. He knows cars and trucks and can take care of some things right at the service desk. He is like family to us and I know he would never take advantage of a customer. He has integrity and honesty as do the rest of the service desk staff. I know if something needs to be done to my car or truck, it actually does need the work. Having a place you trust to keep your cars and trucks running in good repair is great feeling and one less thing to worry about. I know everyone at Heintz Toyota puts the customer first and treats you like family. If you want a great relationship with a car dealer, that has the best cars and trucks on the road, Heintz Toyota is the place to be. Always remember you get what you pay for, and cheaper is almost never better. The value, quality, the treatment you get at Heintz makes them the best for your money anywhere! More

The Heintz experience is friendly, professional and efficient. The staff appear to enjoy working there. While the cars sell themselves, the graciousness of people like Ingrid make it quite enjoyable. They treated us fairly and gave us a very good deal on exactly what we wanted. Sure, they try to sell extended warranties and such... that's their job, to make money... we just said no and moved on. Something most folks forget about is negotiating on extras you may want. Educate yourself and you will earn their respect. Heintz is more than accommodating in this regard. A highly recommended dealer. More
