Traded a car in for my daughter who just turned 16 and purchased another one. They dealt with my husband and knew exactly what was wanted, I completed the purchase and they snuck options in, tricked me in purchased another one. They dealt with my husband and knew exactly what was wanted, I completed the purchase and they snuck options in, tricked me into signing and took us for about $1397 in extra charges and then use the “oh we have your signature” they are very shady. Don’t sign anything until you know exactly what you are getting into. They made my daughter and I wait for over an hour, by the time it came to paperwork I just wanted to get out of there and that’s where they tricked me. I would not recommend dealing with them. More
My 2016 civic has factory defective air conditioner condensers. I tried scheduling service in Summer 2020 but never received a call back. I tried next spring and after about 6 weeks I was able to sched condensers. I tried scheduling service in Summer 2020 but never received a call back. I tried next spring and after about 6 weeks I was able to schedule an appointment and the issue was fixed. However, this Spring I discovered that my AC isn't working again so I've tried scheduling service and have yet to receive a call to do so. More
Phone rings off the hook no one answers it. Tried getting ahold of someone to schedule service for 2 weeks. Also New car Manager Nate Jobson was extremely rude when trying to buy a new car. When I bought my Honda Certified used car in 2017 it has 7,000 miles on it. I bought it at night and could not inspect the paint completely. I thought some areas just needed to be washed and waxed, but I wa 7,000 miles on it. I bought it at night and could not inspect the paint completely. I thought some areas just needed to be washed and waxed, but I was wrong. The paint came defective yet they checked off that it was fine. The salesman jumped ship after months of attempting to contact him about the issue. I fought for two years for them to acknowledge the problem. Finally Carbone Honda, now LeadCar, sent me to their repair facility for an estimate on the paint job repair. The employee that did the estimate told me "they should never have sold you this car with the paint in this condition. Don't worry about it, we'll take care of it. Here's the estimate take that back to"...I wish I could remember the man's name..."he will sign off on this and we'll take care of this for you." I got a call from Carbone Honda and they told me to bring the car in and they will give me a loaner to use during the painting. Two weeks go by, I heard nothing from them. I called the shop to ask what's going on, and they said my car was done a week and a half ago which I found odd since they were supposed to paint almost the entire car. So I went to pick it up. It's the middle of winter btw. What do I see when I pull up? My car outside covered with snow. I went inside and was furious. I asked them if everything was taken care of. They said,"yes". I got my keys and went to my car. The first thing I did was inspect it. All of the paint defects were still there. I went inside and said to the person at the front area that they did not take care of everything like she had told me. She pulled the paperwork and told me that they did the rear bumper. I told her that is not all they were supposed to do so she went and got the manager. I waited a long time for him to come out. When he did, I took him out to the car to show him all that was supposed to be done. He took the paperwork with him and when I was done showering him he said that he got a call after I dropped off the vehicle from Bob or Bill, I wish I could remember his name. He was the same guy I couldn't remember the name of earlier. Anyway, that guy has called and said to them "only do the rear bumper". The manager told me there was nothing he could do because he didn't have authority to sign off on doing it again. I contacted corporate Honda and they played phone games with me. The person who was in charge of my case would call, let it ring one time, then hang up and note in their system that she left a message, which she did not. She did this for weeks. There was no direct line to her and she only left a message the first time she contacted me. I made many, many attempts to resolve the situation. In the end, they sent a letter saying they would pay $700 of the near $3500 paint job that was supposed to have been part of the "Honda Certified Pre-owned Vehicle" inspection and guarantee. Needless to say the job was never performed. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Keep in mind that the service technicians DO NOT get any Honda training or certifications until they've been working on cars in the Honda service area FOR 3 YEARS. So that brand new Honda you paid an arm and a leg for is more than likely being taken care of by a kid fresh out of high school with little to no experience. Do not buy a car here. They do not listen. They do not care about you at all. More
