Helpful and efficient. I started out shopping because my last car was on its last legs. I could have fixed it up and it would have been week worth the money, but I was tired I started out shopping because my last car was on its last legs. While shopping around most of the dealerships I went to would not take "I'm just trying to look in to what I want and do a little research" as an answer it was always "No really what can I do to get you in this car right now, what if I do..." When I walked in to Carbone Honda however it was because my mother was buying a car there as well and we were there to pick up her vehicle. This was when I met Evan who was the one who ended up helping me find what I wanted in a car with out ever once saying okay but what would it take to get you in this car until after I decided. Evan and the dealership worked with me on the price and I could not be happier with my decision all because he helped me find what I wanted with no pressure. More

Above and Beyond Robert Lewis Thomas was our sales person. My wife recently bought a Toyota Highlander brand new that she did not like. We drove the Pilot locally bu Robert Lewis Thomas was our sales person. My wife recently bought a Toyota Highlander brand new that she did not like. We drove the Pilot locally but their invoice price was almost 1700$ more. Mind you all of this deal was done over the phone without even seeing my wife's highlander. I researched the price on average people were paying for the pilot and Robert approved it on the phone. I also researched the trade in value on our highlander and that was approved over the phone also. They understood that we did not want to drive an hour to show them our trade in and haggle over the value with the pressure on us to make a deal. One of the other dealers we were working with said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to find a pilot. Robert Louis Thomas found one in one day. He stated that is the beauty of the Internet in that it allowed this type of deal to be made. Try telling that to all of the other Honda dealers out there. Do yourself a favor and do business with these folks. I will be going back for sure. More

I was also under the impression that I would be spending around $26,000 in the long run but now I'll be spending $30,000 after interest and the package I felt pressured to buy. Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me make a very good decision. He's very personable and has a great sense of humor. When I talked to John about the numbers, I felt pressured and confused to add warranties on my car. I wish I was offered these sooner so I could have some time to think about them and not feel under the gun to make a choice. Overall very happy More

We have always been beyond satisfied with the quality and performance of our cars and so have returned to Carbone Honda many times over the past thirty years when it came time to purchase or lease new Hondas. Our ownership has included an Odyssey (when our children were young) and several Civics. Our most recent vehicles include yet another Civic LX and a Fit EX. Though we’ve had these cars for less than a week, I feel certain we will find ourselves as pleased with our new Hondas as we have been with those we’ve owned in the past. When we first purchased Hondas our salesman was Jon Frye. He was an unequivocal pleasure to deal with as he remains in his newer role as Carbone’s Finance Manager. More recently (our last four Hondas) we have dealt with Jason Jackson. Jason is a fine young man who takes the time to listen to our needs and understanding our financial requirements.
