Bad service rectified I took my car in with a certain problem. After $850 of work I picked it up and the car still exhibited the same skip when you stepped on the accelera I took my car in with a certain problem. The Service Department Manager had me come to his office and he personally looked and had a different mechanic look at the problem. They fixed it at no charge even tho it was an expensive fix. The Service Manager did a great job in exceeding my expectations. More

Horrible Had to wait 3 hours to get car inspected. Showed up at scheduled time 8am and didn't leave until 11am. They didn't even notice the screw in my tire. Had to wait 3 hours to get car inspected. Too soon for so many issues I bought my vehicle in December. When I got it I noticed it was very loud upon starting. Even my neighbors were asking what the problem was! I brought I bought my vehicle in December. When I got it I noticed it was very loud upon starting. Even my neighbors were asking what the problem was! I brought it in and the service center claimed not to hear anything. So I lived with the problem. In the last month I noticed grinding noise while driving. I brought it in again and of course also reminded them of the noise upon starting. Of course they heard the noise while starting. I assume because it’s now out of my pocket and not theirs. I was told that my brakes and rotors were in horrible condition. I wonder how it passed inspection when they sold it to me. So after I pay close to $1000 I brought my vehicle home. Guess what?? The grinding noise is STILL there!!! I would give zero stars but the service person who waited on me (Vicky) was amazing to work with. More
