Great First Experience Dam Jones was eager from the moment I stepped in the door to find me a car that suited my needs and budget. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Ford Escape, and so far am very pleased, I told Devin about an experience I had a few years ago when I picked up a vehicle and was told it was detailed only to find out that they only dusted and vacuumed the car, Devin assured me this vehicle would be CLEAN! and when I picked it up I was grateful to find the vehicle to be immaculate, I will definitely consider this dealer on future purchases. Good experience I had no intentions of returning to a carbone dealership after my last experience. Every time I needed something the person I was dealing with no long I had no intentions of returning to a carbone dealership after my last experience. Every time I needed something the person I was dealing with no longer worked there and had to start over with a new person every time. Jason emailed me out of the blue and asked how everything was going with my truck and he got an earful back. He rolled with it and did what he could and asked if I would give him a chance. I wanted to get out of my lease early and buy something so I went in and saw him. He did a great job. He knew what he was talking about and kept working till we got where we needed to be and I got another truck that day. More
