2019 crew cab silverado RST I was looking for a specific truck that was not on the lot. I was turning in a lease and looking for another lease truck.My salesman Joe Babcock worked many hours looking for my exact truck. Joe located a truck but the owning dealer wouldn't give it up. So more looking and he found the truck at an Ithaca, NY dealer, they went and picked it up, and got it all ready for delivery. As all dealerships go you have to wheel and deal to get the number your comfortable with and this went quickly they came back with the right number second time out. If you go to Carbone Chevrolet I recommend saleman Joe Babcock. Joe kept communication with me through phone calls, text messages, and emails. Carbone has vehicle orientation people on staff to set up Onstar, XM and to go through the vehicles specifics and options. Liddia took care of this for me and did a great job answering questions about the vehicle. In all I am satisfied with my experience. More
