Satisfactory With having made an appointment in advance, I arrived on time, I was disappointed no one came out into the service lane to meet and greet me. Then after I walked into the service department area, there was no advisor behind the service desk to welcome me. While standing there I saw a lady walking by with papers in her hand. So with thinking she might work there, I ask if she worked in the service department? She replied yes. I explained I had a service appointment and would like to check in. She told me she could help me and invited me to sit down at her service desk. I really don't believe anyone in the service department anticipated my arrival! Kevin was scurrying around looking busy-like but never once stopped to give me - a glance, say a hello, give me smile, or say 'I can help you in a minute'. In my opinion, he most always seems rather stuck up, unfriendly and seldom smiles in a friendly manner. Possibly he just doesn't like waiting on me. More
