My wife and I have recently been in the market for a new car. There were many which we looked at. They were the Cadillac ATS, BMW 328i, 335, MB C300, Infiniti Q50, Audi A4, and Nissan Maxima. We did all our car. There were many which we looked at. They were the Cadillac ATS, BMW 328i, 335, MB C300, Infiniti Q50, Audi A4, and Nissan Maxima. We did all our research online, and traveled from Hopkinsville to Nashville, Clarksville, Bowling Green and Paducah to view specific vehicles which met the criteria which we were looking for. First, prior to viewing the ATS; our perception of owning a Cadillac was "Grandpa and Grandma". This perception was destroyed after viewing the ATS. The perception and expectations of dealing with a Cadillac dealership; phenomenal and red carpet service. We traveled to Nashville to view a Cadillac ATS. They were friendly and professional. We still had a few others to view over the course of the next 2 weeks, but later settled on the ATS. We began working with USAA for our no haggle pricing for Soldiers. The site sent an automatic message to every Cadillac dealer within our region. Within 15 minutes of the message, Mrs. Melissa Fancher contacted me from Leachman. She and I discussed my vehicle requirements and what the dealership had available. She made it very clear that "she wanted to earn our business and regardless of what was on the lot, she would find the vehicle that fit our needs to ensure that she could be the dealership that we chose". I gave her a lengthy list of needs. She came up short not once. Every need we asked, she provided. Rapid communication, detailed research and location of the vehicle, timely delivery, and an unbeatable price. She ensured we had all information regarding services while overseas in Germany as well as locations. Her professionalism and courtesy were immeasurable. Taking delivery of the vehicle; We arrived on a planned Saturday. We met Mr. Ryan Segers. He was a true professional as well. He was able to provide detailed data on when the secondary specifics of the vehicle would be managed (we requested a spare tire kit as the vehicle would travel to Germany and require it for inspection purposes, and other additional parts requested and when they would be delivered (all weather mats, front license plate bracket, etc). He patiently walked my wife through additional aspects of the CUE that we were unfamiliar with. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the vehicle and its capabilities. I returned a week after purchase to have the final items delivered and the pinstripe removed (this was not a fault of Leachman, as it was not visible in the images from Lynn Layton). He had coordinated a vehicle to travel around in, provided the iPad, and took off to ensure the vehicle was cared for. When I returned, not only was everything done, he even had it cleaned and washed, waiting out front. After delivery of the vehicle; I interacted with the Florida DMV (we were only transferring our Florida plates from/to our new vehicle). They required a specific document which we were not provided as it normally transitions through titling from the dealer. I called Leachman and was transferred to Jessica. She not only was able to ensure that the documents would be received, she went beyond normal service. She asked for my point of contact at the Florida DMV, phone number and address. She contacted the DMV personally, and then overnight mailed the document (C of O) directly to them to ensure my Florida title and registration were completed in a timely manner. I have purchased multiple brand new vehicles. I have never been treated so professionally by ANY organization. Red carpet service all around. The talent and service your staff have provided are above and beyond reproach. It has been a pleasure having chosen to conduct business with your dealership and staff. I look forward to our continued communication and rest assured, when I am in the market for my next vehicle, your dealership will be first on my list. More

Do not trust anyone at this dealership! The sales staff, sales manager, and the General Manager are not there to make sure you have a good experience with them! Do not drive off the lot until EVERYTHING has sales manager, and the General Manager are not there to make sure you have a good experience with them! Do not drive off the lot until EVERYTHING has been taken care of! We were promised our car would be detailed before we got it - it hadn't even been dusted or vacuumed! We were promised to get an extra set of keys - I had to call general motors complaint department to get them! We were promised a cargo net - general motors complaint department had to take care of that for us! It took us more than a month to get basic paperwork (certified pre-owned paperwork, as well as our extended warranty). It took us almost a month to get the title. Our son bought the car we traded in & it was 32 days before he got his title. And without GM's complaint dept we probably wouldn't have gotten it then! There are too many other things to mention, but buying a car from this dealership was a nightmare! There is no excuse for the way they handle business or treat out-of-state customers! Neither the sales manager nor the General Manager would return my phone calls when I tried to get some answers, so I had to call GM complaint dept. Thank God for them or I would have been a very unhappy customer who got ripped off big time! My advice is to run as fast as you can to a reputable dealership! These people don't deserve their dealership! More
They try to sell the same car to multiple people without letting the individuals know, so then whoever comes up with the money first gets it and if you didn’t then oh well your out of luck. They have no morals and their word/hand shack doesn’t mean a thing. They had made us feel welcome. Found the right car, processed the paper work, and activated the insurance. We told them it would be 1 – 2 days for the bank to finalize everything. This was my son’s first car purchase, the next day the sales person called my son and said we just sold the car. Didn’t apologize or anything just said it sold then goodbye. I called them to see what was going on because everything was filled out and ready to go, we were just waiting on the bank. I was told they had been working with this other guy for two weeks and he brought in the money first. I know car salesman aren’t the most trustworthy, but come on…to try and sale the same vehicle to multiple people is just downright rude. I thought they were different, but I will never step foot on their lot again and I will be telling everyone I can not to purchase a car from them. They are so money hungry GMC made them remodel their building if they wanted to keep GMC models according to the salesperson we had. ---I also think they get employees to write good reviews here cause after looking at other reviews elsewhere (wish I had done so before going) More
