I payed out of pocket to have my Cadillac ATS serviced, I verbally said and had written down the is Facebook, and their dealers’ website are genuine. I had done recent work myself, they were keen on checking everything on the vehicle except my concerns. They took more than double the amount of time first stated for the repairs. I called them multiple times with no answer. I called in the parking lot with no answer, to go inside to find the employees chit chatting with each other. They were kind when talking face to face yet saying they didn’t deliver is an understatement. I was considering trading in or buying a new vehicle until this. This was over a year ago, I hope they have improved their service and can be honest with their customers. More
