It’s hard to believe that the reviews on Google, Facebook, and their dealers’ website are genuine. I had done recent work myself, they were keen on checking everything on the vehicle except my concerns. They took more than double the amount of time first stated for the repairs. I called them multiple times with no answer. I called in the parking lot with no answer, to go inside to find the employees chit chatting with each other. They were kind when talking face to face yet saying they didn’t deliver is an understatement. I was considering trading in or buying a new vehicle until this. This was over a year ago, I hope they have improved their service and can be honest with their customers. More

I would add that in comparison to dealing with Sales Departments in major metropolitan areas, as well as other regional dealerships in suburban and exurban markets, there are some serious flaws in their performance in this profit-center as well. Not too long ago, I was in the market for a new car, and for any number of reasons thought that I might try to buy the Cadillac that I wanted at this dealership so as to not drive up to Louisville to make the purchase. I will say that their sales representatives, not the manager, those guys whose job it is to take you out on a test drive and then turn you over to them to close the sale. Having given my last car to my son to take to college, I was just going in to see if they had the model of Cadillac that I was looking at in stock at the time. I could not believe the rude response that I received in being told that unless I had a trade-in they were no interested in selling me a new car, but I would be welcome to look at their used vehicles. If I had wanted a used car, I would have asked to see a used car. As a realtor, much of my return and recommendation client base is dependent upon their first impressions, which is why I always buy new cars as they are part of the "first visual" that a real estate client looking to either sell their current property or to buy a house will see at their first meeting with me. Imagine the impression that I would make if I took the position that I had no interest in working with a client who did not have a home for me to list as a condition thereof. I have also experienced this dealerships reluctance to negotiate a price on a vehicle. While this might not be a component of the rating if I had not been the subject of the "why not let someone else take the depreciation and at least consider purchasing a used car". There was no interest in discussing pricing, even on the newest of the used cars. I am beginning to believe that in the future everyone will need to expect to travel to a major metropolitan area, that I what I have done, and the trip was worth it. None of this refusal to sell a new car unless I had a vehicle to trade in, right off the bat they knew that when I said that I was only interested in a new vehicle, and somehow they even located exactly (well, except for the color) the vehicle that I had expressed my interest in, and had it brought in from their other dealership in IN. Best of all, none of that "trip through F&I in an attempt to reach even deeper into my pocket, they just called my bank to ensure that there was enough money in the bank to cover the check that I was writing for the car, a quick orientation drive to explain all of the features, a temp. tag and off I went in the new vehicle I had wanted to buy when I went into Leachman. I took my 2018 Buick Encore to them to have a diagnostic run on it after following the check engine repair codes and told me it would cost $4,877.11 to fix all the items I replaced. I told the it was done to specs and was told it did not matter the tech said it needs to be redone. NOT HAPPENING. I have worked on cars for many years. This one just through me for a loop. I asked the manager to speak with GMC about this existing problem with continued code problems. Told me it was not his problem. I wish I could find a lawyer to speak to them. So rude and as a Disabled Vet I do not deserve this. Would not even check to see if GM would do any thing to help. SO SORRY. I want to file a classic law suit on the Stabilitrak system always going off. More
I bought my car 6/25/2022 and it didn't meet standards and I was lied to. This is a 2016 Subaru WRX with 80,000 miles. I paid $26,000 I was told the car was completely stock but is not..it has a lot of aftermarket parts. I've contacted the dealership 50+ times and no one has answered me. I've spent over $10,000 trying to fix this car. I got this car delivered since I was out of state so I wasn't able to test drive it. They were soooo pushy to sell it as well. The car has an aftermarket turbo, a tune, fog light exploded and caught fire to my lamp and side of the car, hot glued the other fog light for an unknown reason, car is misfiring, bad wheel bearing, axle exploded, center console is damaged, dent/hole on the side of my car that they tried to over but failed, fluids never changed, bad timing belt, super dark coolant, pitch black oil, car shakes when driven, wheels are not aligned, it's misfiring, damage to inside of bumper from the previous owner when it got into a small accident, check engine light has came on 2 times, transmission is a time bomb, AC didn't work, so much paint coverup, needs new windshield wipers, brakes need replaced, I've had to jumpstart it twice, and there's much more that I can't remember off the top of my head. This car has caused me so many problems. This was all within the first 2 weeks that I had bought this car. The car is only worth $30,000 brand new and I paid $26,100 for it when it has 80k+ miles on it. They took advantage that I'm a 17 year old female and didn't really know what was looking at, at the time. I previously left a review on google, but it had gotten deleted. I'm livid. UPDATE: they contacted me months later but wasn't gonna respond to me unless I double messaged them on Facebook. They claim "by law" since im a minor, they can't have a "one on one" conversation with me, but they can SELL ME A CAR y'all are trying to avoid me at all costs and it's honestly embarrassing. I’m posting a review on every website I can possibly find to make everyone know how HORRIBLE of a place this is. More
