This dealership came recommended to me by a relative, it took 4 hours do paperwork for a cash deal. I let that go and decided to take the vehicle in for its first service after buying. I made an appointment drove 65 miles for an oil change and tire rotation it took 1 hr 20 minutes for that which was ok only because the waiting room was clean and nice. When the service was complete I was handed the keys and told it was parked out front which it was not. I went back in the service department told the service writer I couldn’t find my car nor could she , she had to use the emergency button on the key fob to find it. When I got into the car the visor was greasy as well as the glove box this was unacceptable drive back around told the service writer she came out looked and had to go get somebody to come clean the grease off the greasy areas. This experience was not one that I would look forward to experiencing again hopefully they will improve their customer service. More

Dealership I like and will always purchase my vehicle there. Service techs at counter I like. However I feel like they overcharge on some service. They hit everybody up for an additional $10 or so for s there. Service techs at counter I like. However I feel like they overcharge on some service. I understand a squirt of soap or some paper towels to wipe their hands after my oil change but I’m pretty sure they don’t use an entire bottle of soap or roll of paper towels after each service. And the fact that they’re charging each customer the same. More
