Very pleasant and easy to work with explaining the process and making the purchase of my NEW CAR GREAT!! Had fun pushing buttons in the car as both of us were learning about the special features. Allen failed to mention and explained to me the way the payments would work once we completed the paperwork on the loan on the car. He just mentioned to me that the first payment was due on this date. :/ More
