I had an oil change done. And had a question on the paperwork it was given to me I had walked outside so I turned around and came back in. Said hello to a representative and he just stood there and looked at me like I wasn't there , didn't Say hello was there an issue or anything like that. Just frantically looking for someone. Anyone else to deal with me? Finally another representative Came over to me after an awkward silence between me and the first Representative. I thought it was pretty rude. More

This dealership came recommended to me by a relative, it took 4 hours do paperwork for a cash deal. I let that go and decided to take the vehicle in for its first service after buying. I made an appointment took 4 hours do paperwork for a cash deal. I let that go and decided to take the vehicle in for its first service after buying. I made an appointment drove 65 miles for an oil change and tire rotation it took 1 hr 20 minutes for that which was ok only because the waiting room was clean and nice. When the service was complete I was handed the keys and told it was parked out front which it was not. I went back in the service department told the service writer I couldn’t find my car nor could she , she had to use the emergency button on the key fob to find it. When I got into the car the visor was greasy as well as the glove box this was unacceptable drive back around told the service writer she came out looked and had to go get somebody to come clean the grease off the greasy areas. This experience was not one that I would look forward to experiencing again hopefully they will improve their customer service. More
