Instead just the opposit..J T Lsueur,one of the many family members on the staff, is as easy going and knowledgeable as it gets. J T listens to you and answers your questions about the vehicle you like and explains the whole buying process without excerting any kind of pressure. Buying this car was the easiest transaction I've ever encountered. Treating people the way they like to be treated is just one of the reasons they have been in business for decades in the east valley. I have never heard a bad word about this company. Steven and the rest of his staff were easy going and approachable enough that I did not feel pressured to buy AT ALL. They helped me find the perfect car for me and have been extremely helpful even after the sale was made--answering my follow-up questions in a timely manner and in good spirits. I got a great deal on a barely used 2014 Jetta and have had no issues with it since. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking to purchase a car! More
