The staff were helpful and attentive without applying any pressure; they gave us plenty of time to test drive a few used vehicles and gave us thorough information about their history. They also took care of a few minor issues with the car I ultimately chose to purchase before completing the sale. I would recommend them for their friendliness, attentiveness, and responsiveness. I absolutely loathe spending hours and hours at a dealership and hearing "salesy" pitches and tactics that don't apply or benefit me, the buyer. Kris, Kyle, and the entire staff, both sales and front desk, were extremely helpful, honest, patient, resourceful, and overall such a pleasure to work with! Not only did not have to sit for hours on end at the dealership, but their approach to customers is exactly how every dealership should be - friendly, honest, and to the point! Kris was attentive to all the details of my purchase and he and his staff returned every message and answered every inquiry I had so efficiently. I was able to choose the car I wanted and discuss what those numbers will look like, all before I even test drove the car!!! Once I did arrive, it was as simple as going over what we had discussed, test driving the vehicle, and walking out with my new purchase. I have highly recommended them to family members and friends because everyone looking to make this big a purchase should enjoy every step of it knowing they are well taken care of with attentiveness, honesty, resourcefulness, efficiency, and friendliness! We needed something quick as the air in our current car went out and in AZ that's not good! We rolled in hot and sweaty and after a few test drives drove away with a very sweet deal. Steven even stayed late to help us even though he was leaving for a well earned vacation! Apologies again to his wife for keeping him late! In my experience buying a car is never a easy or fun experience but Steven removed as many roadblocks as he could and work with us to get the best possible deal. In fact we got approval from another dealer but it was 4% higher. We are very grateful and will be back for service on our new car! More

It was nice to have a low pressure culture and casual atmosphere. We loved that we dealt with Riley from the beginning, and all the way through the financing and signing. Most dealerships pass you from salesperson to sales manager to finance specialist and you feel like you are "starting over" with each new person. Riley also negotiated sales price, trade value and financing options with us via email, phone calls and emails, which was the most convenient way for our busy schedules. Overall, a great experience. None of the usual 'back and forth to the hidden nanny in the back room to get permission to sell the car' nonsense. They have more than just German cars too. We bought an Acura. Overall great experience. I'm still wondering about McLane. I think he's a myth. More
