Their website had 60 well composed photos showing everything. There was one minor scuff on the inside driver's door but that was shown in the photos, so no surprises. Steven was very willing to go over the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb over the phone with me. When I took delivery of the vehicle, (it was 2 days early!), it was exactly as Steven had described. No undisclosed dings or scratches. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely call Steven when it's time for our next vehicle. More
