We were looking to replace our 2006 Mini Cooper with something newer and we were a little unsure of what to replace it with. Kris and the team at LeSueur Car Company gave us the opportunity to look, tal something newer and we were a little unsure of what to replace it with. Kris and the team at LeSueur Car Company gave us the opportunity to look, talk, ask questions and drive any vehicle that interested us, all without a sales person looking over our shoulder and doing the things that used car sales people are famous for doing (wrong). We spent the better part of two days on the lot just taking our time and really figuring out what to do. We ultimately settled on a slightly used VW Eos and proceeded with trading in the Mini and driving away in the VW. The VW was due for a servicing and Kris was kind enough to call the dealer right there and make the appointment for us the next day, which was covered under the VW warranty. They have a lot of very nice cars on their lot, which offered us a real "one-stop-shopping" experience, which helped speed up the process considerably. The only disappointing part of the whole experience was the meager allowance we were given for our trade in. It was well below even the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, but Kris took a little off the price of the newer VW, so I suppose it all worked out in the end. After all, they're running a business and we don't mind appropriately contributing to their bottom line. All in all it was a good car buying experience and based on that would have no reservations doing business with them in the future and/or recommending them to family or friends who may be looking for a late model vehicle. We got all of the financing done over the phone and Ryan was able to get me a great deal on my Scion Tc. We picked it up a couple of days later and we were in and out of the dealership within an hour. It was great. I HIGHLY reccomend this place to anyone looking for a great deal.
