Best Car Purchase Experience I normally avoid buying a new or used car until I absolutely have to as most times the car buying experience is not a pleasant one. The LeSueur Car Company is by far the most enjoyable place to purchase any vehicle as they are very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Steven made the buying process very pleasant and was available on his day off when I had a minor issue. We got a great price on a great car with very, very low miles - we're 100% happy with the vehicle - but above all, we appreciated the sales experience We got a great price on a great car with very, very low miles - we're 100% happy with the vehicle - but above all, we appreciated the sales experience: I've had a long, and honestly miserable, history of dealing with new/used car salesmen at dealerships around the country, but this was the first time we were treated with dignity, consideration, and no sales pressure. This, plus the vehicle itself naturally, sealed the deal for us: if the tenor of the interaction had been like any of the others I've endured over the years at other car dealerships, we probably would have walked out the door without a sale. We intend to come back to Lesueur and to Riley in the future when we need to buy another vehicle! Thank you. More

2nd time w/ Lesueur We bought our van from Lesueur last year and so, after doing a little advance screening on the web, I was happy to discover they had models I was cons We bought our van from Lesueur last year and so, after doing a little advance screening on the web, I was happy to discover they had models I was considering, since we had a good experience the first time around. They gave us a great deal on our trade-in (although the paperwork for this took a long time and we had to go over some stuff a few times because we were handed off from Kris to James and ultimately to Steven - I think because they had a complicated deal going on in an adjacent office - and this is the one thing I marked down for) but all 3 were very friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely consider them seriously for any future car purchase. More

I had a great experience working with Steven. Not only did he help me when I was at the dealership, he spent time answering my questions over the phone and via text. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and I felt no pressure to buy. I felt like I could take all the time I wanted to browse the lot and find the car I was looking for. In fact, they didn't have the car I was originally intending on purchasing, but because I didn't feel pressured and trusted Steven, I was able to find a great vehicle that met my needs at a great price. Steven was up front and honest with me. I asked him why the price was so good on the Nissan Altima I was looking at and he explained the situation in detail disclosing all the facts. His explanation and documentation provided me with confidence and ultimately led to my decision to purchase the vehicle. He made the process easy by starting some of the paperwork over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time in the office. Once I made the decision to buy, the process was quick and painless. I was in and out of the office in about 1 hr. I have never experienced that with other dealerships. I definitely recommend Steven LeSueur and LeSueur Car Company as a place to purchase your vehicle. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Kyle went out of his way to make our experience fabulous.
