I feel cheated. Well I went to get a Oil Change. That took over an hour. But when the service Rep came back to ask me if I wanted extra services performed on my car. Well I went to get a Oil Change. That took over an hour. But when the service Rep came back to ask me if I wanted extra services performed on my car. To better maintain my car. Sherecommended for me to change or rotate my car tires and he also selected another treatment for the oil for better gas mileage.I agree to have the service done on rotating my tires and then for the other treatment within 15 minutes those two things were done and my car was ready after I notified her that just forget it and you know ready to go and she said we've already finished I was bewildered I didn't understand how it took over an hour for an oil change but less than 15 minutes for two other services.
