Prompt and excellent service I was greeted as soon as I pulled my car into the service area. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was told my car would be ready in an hour. Barbara also told me to help myself to water and a snack in the waiting area and also that there was wi-fi and tv in there. I needed a few extra things done to my car which Barbara explained very well. I told her that I needed to be home by 11:30. She said she would make sure I was out in plenty of time to get home. Yes, I made it home in plenty of time. All the people that I have dealt with in the service department have been very professional and made me feel welcome. You have some great employees there. I was also offered a free car wash but declined because of time restraints. I have never had a dealership offer to wash my car after servicing it except for Kia. More

Stress free I went to Kia for an oil change. They were quick and very friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my car in their care. They gave me a ride to my house s I went to Kia for an oil change. Stuck on the side of the highway! As I was turning from one highway onto another my vehicle suddenly lost acceleration and the check engine light began to flash. I pulled right onto the shoulder and called my Kia dealership. Long story short, Kia roadside service was activated, my vehicle towed to the dealer, I got a loaner I really needed and my vehicle was tested and returned in wonderful working order ASAP. Excellent service at a reasonable cost I arrived early for my scheduled appointment. That was fine with Barbara, the service writer. She was very kind and communicated well.
