Stuck on the side of the highway! When my vehicle broke down I called Lawton Kia and was immediately put in touch with roadside assistance. Very quickly I had a tow truck on the way. Horrible experience My husband took our Sportage in for some recall work After performing the service work they said the car wouldn't start and the battery needed to be r My husband took our Sportage in for some recall work After performing the service work they said the car wouldn't start and the battery needed to be replaced. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery when the car went in for service. My sister-in-law had taken her car for service and the same thing happened with her car. My husband, being the easy going person he is had them replace the battery for a whopping $317, twice the price it could have been purchased anywhere else. If I would have taken it for service I would have had them jump the battery and driven my car until the battery REALLY did need replacing. The dealership should be responsible for replacing the battery since supposedly their recall caused the battery failure. I love my KIA and have owned several but will probably not purchase another one because of this incident. More

Awful!! They DID NOT FIX MY CAR!!!! I told them I can here a piping noise! Since they couldn’t here it , they said they can’t fix something they can’t hear bu They DID NOT FIX MY CAR!!!! I told them I can here a piping noise! Since they couldn’t here it , they said they can’t fix something they can’t hear but me and five other people are witnesses they have heard the piping noise in my 2019 Kia very disappointing and disappointed!! With KIA!!! I’m calling the bank and complain!!!! More
Up sale and long waits I was told that it would take less than an hour to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Up sale # 1, 2 and 3. Need oil additive, fuel additive and I was told that it would take less than an hour to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Up sale # 1, 2 and 3. Need oil additive, fuel additive and an alignment. My check engine light came on on the way to the dealership. It was an extra 45 minutes to hook the car to a meter that takes seconds to read the cars computer. They said that the new light was because of an old code and they couldn't do anything about it because it was under warranty and the code was old. Once again the light came on and I received a message that the transmission control required service on the way to the dealership. I guess the 20 minute drive made it an OLD Code. (Even though I called the dealership as soon as it came on) Yay, Warranty!!! After all was said and done I was asked if I wanted the car washed, It will be 15 minutes. After spending $200 instead of $50, I figured sure. "Mistake" Another hour later, I got my half washed car back. I was very disappointed. Next time I will know better. Hopefully Walmart will be able to get the filter for my car and then I won't have to go to the dealership anymore. More
