Lawton Kia - Service Center

Did what I needed I still trust them very much but I can tell that in the past couple of years that they have up-sold services. I understand the need but I really want I still trust them very much but I can tell that in the past couple of years that they have up-sold services. I understand the need but I really want to make sure it is a service that I need and not just something that they want to make money off of. It wasn't like this a couple of years ago so it is hard to tell if it is a dire need or just salesmanship. I still will go to Kia but I stopped using the Toyota place in Altus because of this issue since I ended up with services I didn't really need and they got to the point of purposely not doing things they were supposed to so you would have to come back like putting in the oil etc. I hope you guys can stay honest and not try and sell services that aren't needed since we are already paying a premium price going to a dealership over an hour away instead of the local mechanic. More

Pleasant experience, unpleasant outcome. Service department was very nice and cordial, however my problem was not covered under warranty. Although they tried, they were unable to locate the dead mouse in my dashboard without removing it, disassembling airbags, etc. $900-$1000 to get rid of the smell is just not in my budget right now, so I will just have to suffer. They really did try hard and I appreciated it. More

Service Always receive excellent service I have been to other Kia service departments and Lawton Kia service is by far the best.
