Fast,friendly, honest I took my Kia Optima in for a recall it had on its fuel system. They had the recall fixed very quick and the mechanic noticed that my airbag light was I took my Kia Optima in for a recall it had on its fuel system. They had the recall fixed very quick and the mechanic noticed that my airbag light was on and found that it was just a loose connector. I didn't mention the light or ask anyone to fix it, he just fixed it free of charge. Definitely made me feel more comfortable taking my car here in the future. More

They were able to fix the latch on my trunk with no problem. They also gave me a loaner car for a few days while they fixed my rims which was convenient.
