$500 dollars for an oils change and Battery change is crazy. I would like a more personal touch. They always recommend crazy things that are un necessary. Went in for an oil and oil filter change. Was charged on the invoice for both. When I got home I checked for leaks and saw it was the same filter that I showed up with and that they never cha Was charged on the invoice for both. To my absolute frustration, their negligence severely damaged my fuel system, leaving me with thousands of dollars in repair costs—which I had to pay out-of-pocket for a problem they 100% caused. This dealership not only ruined my truck but also completely refused to take responsibility. When I contacted Dodge corporate, expecting some level of accountability, they blew me off and told me I needed a warranty if I wanted any assistance. Excuse me? My truck was working perfectly before their "service" department touched it! Their response was nothing short of a slap in the face. Sadly, after reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Multiple customers have complained about this dealership’s service department causing problems, including long wait times, misdiagnoses, and even vehicles sitting there for weeks or months with no communication. One reviewer on DealerRater mentioned that their vehicle sat for months with no updates, while others have cited incorrect repairs and blatant negligence. (DealerRater Review) At this point, I highly advise anyone considering this dealership for service to stay far away unless you want to risk your vehicle being damaged and your concerns ignored.
