Very unhappy with the whole experience! !!! Worst part would be from the front desk person who didn’t greet me cause she was to busy talking to her child. Also very rude in person and also o !!! I had an appointment time and date and didn’t get any call or information about my truck until I called and texted multiple times to hear they haven’t even looked at it 3 days later. What’s the point of an appointment? They had my truck for 2 weeks and when I picked it up the guy gave me one key back instead of both and told me I could drive up the street to the other shop to get it. Very rude. I dropped off 2 keys I want 2 keys back. No communication from front desk, parts department and service. Also I was told to get new key fobs it was $125 per key didn’t tell me there was a charge for programming and ending up paying over $400 for 2 key fobs. I will never be back or tell anyone to go there. More

Shaun did great my trying to help me get the batteries changed but since my warranty expired just one month prior they decided to honor it. I came in for a flat tire. They told me 1-2 days wait until my new tire came in. 5 days later, I called and my tire was never even ordered!
